What is an eSIM?
An eSIM is a digital SIM profile built into compatible devices. It lets you add a mobile data plan without inserting a physical SIM card. Your device must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked.
How do I check whether my Android device supports eSIM?
Open Settings and look for a SIM Manager, Mobile Network, or Add eSIM option. On many Android devices, you can also dial *#06# and check whether an EID is shown. If an EID appears, the device has eSIM capability.
How do I check whether my iPhone or iPad supports eSIM?
Check your device model, regional variant, and carrier lock status in Settings. Some models sold in specific regions may not support eSIM even if the same model does elsewhere. Your device must also be carrier-unlocked.
Can I use Personal Hotspot or tethering?
Yes, if both your device and the selected eSIM network support hotspot or tethering. Availability can vary by plan and network.
When does my eSIM data plan expire?
